Why should I come to your group and not just go to the doctors as they can give me medication

You will learn about what is going on within yourself such as
How much?
It costs £5 for the 2 hours for the session, this goes towards room hire, worksheets, and refreshments.
Why do I have to pay for the group?
For military, at the moment I am looking for some funding to pay for the room hire as I don't work for anyone I rent a room, if I don’t get enough people coming I have to pay out of my own pocket, and it needs to also cover the items I need for the group such as paper, ink, tea, coffee, etc.
How many are there in a group?
Wellingborough = 2
Kettering = 4 - 6
